Reserving

Reserving costs nothing. You can cancel any time by email.

Before you pay

We show you the exact price and delivery times first. Nothing is charged without your action.

After you pay, before approval

You receive 3 to 5 hero mockups and one round of changes. If you do not approve any mockup after that round, you get a full refund.

After approval

Once you approve a mockup and story work begins, the payment is no longer refundable, except if we fail to deliver what we promised, in which case we will refund the affected part.

Printed books

A printed book that arrives damaged or misprinted is replaced or refunded. Printed books made to your details cannot be returned for change of mind.

Unlawful images

No refund applies to an order cancelled for an unlawful image (see the Terms).

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 7 working days of approval of the refund.
